Vegas Golden Knights v New York Islanders

The Golden Knights started their Eastern road trip with a win against the Islanders.

There was a brief delay of game due to a power situation, Tomas Nosek then scored the go-ahead and eventually game-winning goal and celebrated by pointing to the lights.

Jonathan Marchessault scored his 12th and William Karlsson scored his 11th of the season for the Knights, in a game where Marc-Andre Fleury made 23/25 saves.

Pittsburgh Penguins v Chicago Blackhawks

The Chicago Blackhawks defeated the Penguins, despite Bryan Rust scoring a hat trick against them, bringing their eight-game losing streak to a close.

Philadelphia Flyers v Calgary Flames

The Flames rallied late in the third to send the game to overtime, Johnny Gaudreau then scored just 35 seconds into the additional play to defeat the Flyers.

Ondrej Kase scored a hat trick as the Ducks slotted in 5 unanswered goals for the comeback victory.
