Anaheim Ducks v Pittsburgh Penguins 

4-2 

Anaheim came from 2-0 down to score four unanswered goals to steal the victory in Pittsburgh. The win was their fourth in nine games, helped by the 28 saves made by John Gibson in net.

Vegas Golden Knights v Columbus Blue Jackets 

0-1 

Columbus held Vegas in check at the Nationwide Arena as the home side earned a 1-0 win.

Vegas may have ended their four game road trip with a defeat but it wasn’t a complete disaster, they secured five points out of a possible eight.

Boston Bruins v Montreal Canadiens 

4-0 

Colby Cave scored his first NHL goal in the Bruins’ win in Montreal. David Pastrnak and Charlie McAvoy both got a couple of assists.

Jaroslav Halek made 33 saves to seal his third shutout of the season.

Nashville Predators v Ottawa Senators 

3-4 (OT) 

Predators Captain, Roman Josi secured a point for his team. Facing a 3-0 deficit heading into the 2nd period, Nashville fought back with a couple of goals and an assist from the Swiss. Another star for the Preds was Ryan Johansen, who got a hat trick of assist.

The comeback was enough to see them into overtime, though Ottawa’s Thomas Chabot scored just 21 seconds in to end the game and Josi‘s hopes of a hat trick.

New York Islanders v Colorado Avalanche 

4-1 

The New York Islanders put four past the Avalanche in Colorado to start their four-game away trip on a positive note. Anders Lee and Jordan Eberle both scored and registered an assist in the game, with Ryan Pulock adding two assists. Meanwhile Thomas Greiss made 30 saves on 31 shots between the sticks.

Gabriel Landeskog scored the only goal for the home side, his 22nd of the season, with Nathan MacKinnon registering his 32nd assist of the season on the play.
