Taylor Hall‘s goal drought is officially over. The New Jersey Devils forward scored two goals and registered two assists to help lift his team over the Ottawa Senators.

Buffalo Sabres v Washington Capitals 

1-2 

Tom Wilson scored with just seven minutes left in the third period to give the Washington Capitals a 2-1 victory against the Buffalo Sabres, and Braden Holtby made 36 saves to keep his side in the game.

Chicago Blackhawks v Colorado Avalanche

2-1 

Colorado Avalanche were dealt yet another blow to a season that seemed to be going so well. Artem Anisimov scored from a Patrick Kane pass at the start of the third period to win the game for the visitors.

Jeremy Colliton opted to rest Cam Ward and start Collin Delia, who proved his worthiness by making 35 saves on 36 shots to help his team get the much needed victory in Colorado.
